EVENTS TEAM 📆
We organize enticing events for all the students to unwind and distract themselves from the often overwhelming studies! The most important part of being a university student is creating memories. We give them opportunities to get to know their fellow students and participate in fun competitions. Our work involves organizing Take-Off Weeks, sports tournaments, barbecues and much more!
RESPONSIBILITIES
─ Organisation of events and parties for Aerospace and Geodesy students, such as:
─ Take-Off Week, an introductory week for new students
─ Christmas party
─ Sports tournaments
─ Barbecues and much more
─ Organizing the space for events with building management
─ Getting sponsorships for drinks and food
─ Setting up the party and getting helpers
─ Making sure everything goes to plan during the events

Past Events
Take Off Week
We organise the take-off week for new students every winter semester to give them an energetic and eventful beginning to their time here at TUM. The students are divided into small cohorts and they participate in several fun activities and games.
Sports Tournaments
Nothing beats bonding over a few games of sport! We organise friendly tournaments for the students to come together and get to know people with similar interests in sports.
So far we have organized volleyball tournaments and a basketball tournament is coming soon!
